How do I start a custom order?

What occasions do you design invitations for?
We LOVE Love and everything that comes with it! From Save the Dates, Bridal and Baby Showers and Birthdays, we love celebrating what love has created!
Can you design other printed pieces for my event?
We are kind of obsessed with coordinating pieces!! They are the best way to personalize your event and make a big impact! We’ll work with you to make your event feel cohesive with other print including: Programs, menus, favors, place and escort cards, table numbers, signs and other custom pieces to give your special day an extra touch of personalization.
Can I purchase any of the artwork designed, such as a monogram, to use on other projects for the event?
Yes. There is a variable fee based on what is being purchased and how it will be used. No artwork may be used beyond the materials of the original intent without permission.
When should I order my invitations?
For wedding invitations we recommend our initial consultation take place at least 4 to 6 months before you would like your invitations sent out. Save the date design should begin 2 months before your mailing date—which is usually 6–12 months before your event. For all other event invitations we recommend our consultation take place 2-3 months before you’d like your invitations to be sent out. Turnaround time after approval varies on each order, but typically is within 2–3 weeks.
When should I send out my invitations?
We recommend sending wedding invitations 8-10 weeks before your RSVP’s are due. This gives you extra time to make your final list and provide us with guest information for other print materials, such as place cards or seating charts. All other invitations we recommend sending out 3-4 weeks before your RSVP’s are due. We will gladly work with you on a timeline for all of your invitation and stationary needs!
What other services to you provide?
To make your special day less stressful, we provide invitation assembly and address labeling for a minimal fee. We will affix postage and personally drop off your invitations at the post office FOR FREE to ensure your invitations are well taken care!
Are you able to provide final samples?
Due to the custom nature of our designs and printing setup costs, we do not offer hard samples. Only digital PDF proofs are available. In some cases a digital printed proof is possible at a small fee. All artwork samples will be provided as PDF proofs and emailed to you for your approval.
Should I order extra sets?
Ordering extra is always recommended. Plan to order an extra 10-20% to allow for unexpected guest list additions, calligraphy errors and keepsakes.
I’m on a limited budget. Can I afford to go custom?
We try to work with all budgets to ensure your vision comes to life. We offer many options to help reduce costs. Please don’t hesitate to ask.
How much do custom invitations cost?
Because there are many different factors to costs, such as stock selection, type of printing, and quantity, each invitation is unique in its cost. Our custom invitations start around $4.50 per 4 piece set. Anticipate to add a dollar more per piece.
Do you accept rush orders?
We do accept rush orders based on our current workload. Please contact us and ask about rush scheduling.
Do you work with customers outside the U.S.?
Yes. Consultations can be conducted through email and finished pieces can be shipped internationally.
Can you print guests’ names on envelopes and escort cards?
Yes. Please contact us for details and an appropriate spreadsheet file to enter your guests’ information.
Can I take care of printing myself?
Unfortunately, we do not offer our artwork for personal use. We do make exceptions for monograms, however, which can be purchased and used for materials relating to the event.
Can I make a change after sending to print?
Changes can be made after sending to print, however, any costs incurred will be billed accordingly. To avoid this, please triple-check all aspects of your proof before giving final approval.
Can you match a specific color?
Yes, if a proper swatch is provided.
